Whetstones - Sharpening Stones for Tools
The Whetstones mod offers a convenient way to repair tools directly in your hands. You simply need to hold a whetstone in your main hand and the tool in your off-hand, then right-click to restore durability.
Types of Whetstones
Wooden Whetstone
- Repairs wooden tier tools and lower
- Restores 59 durability points
Stone Whetstone
- Repairs stone tier tools and lower
- Restores 131 durability points
Iron Whetstone
- Repairs iron tier tools and lower
- Restores 250 durability points
Golden Whetstone
- Repairs gold tier tools and lower
- Restores 32 durability points
Diamond Whetstone
- Repairs diamond tier tools and lower
- Restores 1561 durability points
Netherite Whetstone
- Repairs tools of any tier
- Restores 2031 durability points
How to Use
- Place the tool you want to repair in your off-hand
- Hold the whetstone in your main hand
- Right-click to repair the tool
Configuration Options
'onlyTools': true/false If set to true, only tools can be repaired, not armor or other items.
'onlyLowerTiers': true/false If set to true, the whetstone can only repair tools of tiers lower than or equal to its own. Netherite stone repairs all tiers. Only works when 'onlyTools' is enabled.
Durability per whetstone type: value from 1 to 10000 How many durability points should each whetstone type restore?
