Melon Wireless Redstone

In the latest version of the mod, cardinal components have been replaced with vanilla Minecraft functionality.

Installation

Simply place the mod file in your game's mods folder.

What It Is

This is my implementation of a simple wireless redstone signal transmission system. The mod adds transmitters and receivers that can exchange signals without wires.

Crafting recipes for all items can be found in the images tab.

How to Use

Right-click on transmitter or receiver blocks to change the frequency. This allows creating multiple independent wireless connections simultaneously.

Portable Device

The mod also includes a portable device that players can use to activate receivers on the same frequency.

Right-click the device to toggle its on/off state. The state is preserved even if the device is placed in a chest or if the player holding it logs off.

To change the frequency, hold Shift + right-click to open the frequency changing screen.
