Witches Brew
The Witches Brew modification offers an alternative method for potion brewing, replacing the standard brewing stand with a traditional cauldron. This solution allows you to save blaze powder, as the fuel for the cauldron is a soul campfire placed underneath it.
Brewing Features
In addition to the main function, the mod adds empty versions of splash and lingering potions, expanding the alchemist's capabilities. The potion brewing process in the cauldron is intuitive and consists of several simple steps:
- Fill the cauldron with water using either water bottles or a bucket for complete filling
- Add ingredients to the potion by right-clicking with the item in your hand
- Continue adding components until you achieve the desired potion effect
- Use an empty regular, splash, or lingering bottle to collect the finished potion from the cauldron
Important note: Currently, the mod only supports standard potion recipes from the vanilla game, as the Forge brewing recipe system does not provide simple ways to work with them.
