Wold's Vaults Tweaks and Compat

This modification serves as an official component for the Wold's Vaults modpack, specifically designed for use within the official collection that runs on the Wold's Vaults server. This project creates a customized version of the Vault Hunters 3 modpack with unique settings and is not intended for standalone use.

Key Features:

• Alters the mechanics of Hostile Neural Networks: data models now provide zero information per kill and do not level up in the simulation chamber. This enables their development using spawn eggs, opening up new gameplay strategies.
