Wooden Bucket

A mod for Minecraft Forge that adds a wooden bucket to the game.

Dependencies

Starting from version 3.0.0.0, the library mod BucketLib is required.

For the Fabric / Quilt version, the following mods are also needed:

• Fabric API
• Cloth Config API

Features

The Wooden Bucket functions similarly to a standard bucket and can contain water, lava, milk, powder snow, as well as axolotls, tadpoles, and fish.

Special features of the wooden bucket:

• When emptying a bucket containing lava, it melts (temperature configurable)
• Durability is 25 units (configurable)
• Obtaining fluids, blocks, and entities can be configured through tags and configuration file

All compatible fluids, blocks, and entities from other mods are supported.

Yes, you can include this mod in your modpacks.

Support for other Minecraft versions? Which versions are supported?

Unfortunately, I do not backport mods to older versions. For version 1.16, there is a similar mod.

Is there a Fabric version?

Starting from version 1.20.4, the mod is available for Fabric and Quilt. There are no plans to backport Fabric support to earlier Minecraft versions. For earlier versions, check out another mod.

Where is the configuration file?

The configuration file is located in the defaultconfig directory. Changes there only affect new savegames. For existing savegames, you need to go to the serverconfig directory of the corresponding savegame.
