This mod significantly expands village capabilities by adding new villager professions and creating a full infrastructure that makes settlements more lively and interconnected.
Main Features
New Professions
Porters serve as the logistical link in your village, ensuring resource delivery between other workers.
- Must be assigned to a chest to start working
- Automatically finds nearby workers
- Can remember up to 16 workers (capacity increases with equipment upgrades)
- After getting acquainted with another worker, they will:
- Regularly visit them to check needs
- Deliver items from their assigned chest to the worker's chest
- Can be hired from level 2+ cartographers through the porter workstation
Planned Updates
- Additional professions: cooks, warehouse managers, craftsmen
- Villager comfort system: environmental factors affect work efficiency
- Economic system with payment for services between workers
