WhereWaterGo (Bigger Sponge) - Mod for Efficient Water Removal
This mod was created in record time following a humorous suggestion from a streamer. It dramatically improves the functionality of the regular sponge in Minecraft, turning it into a powerful tool for draining water bodies.
Main Features
The mod significantly increases the range and volume of water absorption when using a sponge. This makes the process of draining oceans and other large water bodies much more efficient and faster.
All parameters can be configured through a convenient configuration interface with support for oωo library and Mod Menu. An undo function is currently being tested, which will allow restoring removed water.
Technical Features
The mod works on the server side and includes optimization of the standard sponge code, providing a slight performance boost. However, due to these changes, conflicts with other mods affecting sponge mechanics are possible.
Requires Fabric API and oωo (owo-lib) library. Mod Menu is recommended for convenient settings editing.
Important Warnings
Intensive use of the mod for mass drainage of large volumes of water may lead to performance drops or crashes, especially on servers. Also, when removing water, kelp and other underwater plants are destroyed, creating many dropped items.

Also available is a version for lava - SpongeSucc (Where Lava Go), which allows removing lava flows with the same efficiency.
