YAMMA (Yet Another Mining Mod Attempt)

This Forge mod allows you to mine massive areas of blocks in one go! The mining area size can be configured through config files.

How to Use

Left-click any block with the mining tool to switch between different operation modes: cube → cylinder → pyramid → cone. Right-click activates the actual mining process.

Inventory System

All mined items are first placed in the player's inventory. If there's no space left, items drop to the ground. In creative mode, items that don't fit in the inventory are automatically deleted.

Survival Features

In survival mode, using the tool consumes hunger level for each mining operation. This parameter can also be configured through the mod's config files.

Balancing

Considering the powerful capabilities of this tool, its crafting recipe is made quite challenging to prevent abuse in the early game for easy resource acquisition.
