Zombie Overhaul - Complete Zombie Transformation

What does this mod do?

Zombie Overhaul fundamentally changes the familiar zombies in Minecraft, turning them into a real survival threat. Instead of ordinary slow monsters, you'll face armed and protected opponents that make every night a true challenge.

Main zombie capabilities

Zombies can now equip various types of armor - from simple leather to legendary netherite. They also arm themselves with bows, crossbows, swords, and even use shields for protection. Some particularly dangerous zombies carry immortality totems with them, making them almost invulnerable.

Special abilities

In addition to standard weapons, zombies receive various bonuses and effects. They can possess increased speed (from level 1 to 5), enhanced attack strength (also from level 1 to 5), and other useful abilities that make each encounter unique.

Difficulty settings

The mod offers two main difficulty settings:

/ZombieOverhaul easy

In easy mode, each zombie can have only one special characteristic. For example, either a shield or a totem, but not both at the same time.

/ZombieOverhaul hard

In hard mode, limitations are removed. Zombies can combine strength, speed, full netherite armor, shield, and sword simultaneously. Although such combinations are rare, they are possible and make the game truly challenging.

Important note

For zombies to be able to use bows and crossbows, it's necessary to install additional mods: ENHANCEDAI and INSANELIB.
