OptiFine Unbound Zoom Fix - Fixing Unwanted Zoom

Many players encounter unexpected activation of the OptiFine zoom function when using media keys, even when this feature is disabled in the control settings. This is particularly noticeable in Minecraft versions 1.7.10 and earlier. This mod completely eliminates this problem, ensuring precise correspondence between control settings and the game's actual behavior.

In versions 1.6 and below, there is an additional feature: when zoom is disabled, the Escape key is automatically assigned instead of completely disabling the function. Although this issue can be resolved with other mods, our tool can also help in such situations.
