Baby Squids

This resource pack requires Optifine or Continuum Shaders for full functionality.

Main features of the mod:

The mod adds baby squid models in two variants - regular and glowing. The design is inspired by glowing baby squids from Minecraft Dungeons. Glow squids now have animated textures, similar to the mobile version of Minecraft Earth, making them visually more appealing.

In game versions 1.21.2 and above, the changes only affect actual baby squids. In earlier versions (1.21.1 and below), any adult squid may have a chance to appear as a baby. The size of the creature, emitted by the game's native code, is used to determine the model size.

With the resource pack applied in the environment of an old biome, a friendly glowing baby squid swims along reefs, its realistic tentacles gently swaying to the rhythm of waves. The difference in size between adult and baby squid is shown: a full giant stands at the bottom, striking with its black elegance even in the darkest depths.
