Better Dogs
This resource pack transforms tamed wolves into various dog breeds. When first tamed, a wolf randomly transforms into one of 41 available breeds. If you want to obtain a specific breed or give your pet a unique name, use name tags with special names from the supported list.
How the resource pack works
When you tame a wild wolf, it automatically turns into a random dog breed. The pack features diverse breeds - from small dachshunds to large shepherds. Each breed has several color and appearance variants, creating wide variety among your pets.
Using name tags to select breeds
If you want to choose a specific breed for your pet, simply give it a name using a name tag containing one of the keywords from the supported list. For example, naming your dog "Golden Retriever" or just "Retriever" will give you the corresponding breed.
Technical requirements
For proper resource pack functioning, Optifene installation is required. Without it, textures won't display correctly.
