How to activate different variants:

You can easily switch between styles by renaming texture files. Just navigate to the .minecraft\resourcepacks\Bars v1.0 TAC\assets\minecraft\textures\block folder and select your preferred option.

The style you want to use should be named simply iron_bars.png — the other variants can be kept under different names for quick switching.
