Features and Requirements

For this resource pack to work correctly, Optifine must be installed. Users of Fabric, Forge and NeoForge can also use this pack, but additional mods will be required to ensure full functionality.

Main Changes

This resource pack completely transforms the appearance of spiders in Minecraft while maintaining the vanilla game style. The main changes concern the spider's leg model - they become more voluminous and massive than in the standard game version. This gives the spiders a more intimidating and at the same time interesting appearance.

The spider design basis is taken from the "Player Mob Models" resource pack. The author significantly improved the model, making the legs more expressive and detailed. As the developer's friends noted, the spiders he created turned out to be so attractive that one would wish such dog-sized spiders actually existed in reality.

Bedrock Edition Version

The pack is fully compatible with Minecraft Bedrock Edition. For installation, simply rename the file from .zip to .mcpack, after which the system will automatically recognize it as a resource pack.

Additional Modifiers

The resource pack archive contains additional micro-packs for model modification that allow you to further customize the appearance of spiders to your preferences.
