Overview

The Eurofima coaches, also known as European Standard Passenger Coaches (French: Voiture Standard Européenne), represent a type of passenger railway carriages developed for use in international railway communications throughout Europe. The concept was developed by the European Company for the Financing of Railway Rolling Stock (Eurofima) with the aim of standardizing passenger comfort and ensuring compatibility between different countries.

In 1973, 500 such carriages were ordered, which were delivered in 1977 and distributed among several European railway operators. The Belgian operator NMBS/SNCB received 80 carriages: 20 type A9 (first class) and 60 type B11 (second class), which were used in both international and domestic transport.

This Minecraft resource pack adds the iconic Eurofima coaches in NMBS/SNCB livery to the game using the Minecraft Transit Railway mod. The model is based on the original Eurofima development by Soodari, with textures designed and applied by Vitor2005 to accurately reflect the colors and markings of the Belgian national railway.
