Mystery Trader
When Minecraft: Dungeons was first released, the game world only had two merchants. One crafted random items, the other held meaningful artifacts. From opening loot boxes to managing your equipment — these merchants experience rebirth with the use of the Mystery Trader texture pack.
As the camp was updated in a major way, the wandering trader portrait changed again. That's when I decided to make him look cooler, basing the design on the Mystery Merchant model from Dungeons. What do you know — I found the resulting look really pleasing! This reimagining visually re-skins the wandering trader to resemble the Mystery Merchant from Minecraft: Dungeons. Details were tweaked throughout, from attire flair to atmospheric mystery added in but still suitable for its original Blocky fantasy roots.
The key changes include: The wandering trader now features the thematic appearance of the Mystery Merchant from Minecraft: Dungeons. The new appearance doesn’t simply copy visual vibes but adapts them instead; it grew vibes, tidbit of formeased detailing, and consistent engagement for typical wandering trader behavior.
