Soartex Grove

Soartex Grove is a high-definition 64x resolution graphics replacement pack for Minecraft that completely substitutes the game's standard textures. The primary focus is on clean visual style and minimalist design.

This project continues the development of two popular texture packs: Invictus by Shoeboxam and goldbattle, and Soartex by Soar49. Grove contains thousands of updated textures that elevate the game world to a new level of visual quality.

As a programmer by training, I aim to revive that unique artistic expressiveness that distinguished the original projects. If you possess texture design skills and wish to participate in the pack's development, I welcome collaboration.

It's important to note that some textures are still under development - specifically, mob textures have not yet been completed.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Is redistribution of this pack permitted? Yes, provided the license terms are observed.

Does Soartex Grove have the right to use textures from Soar49 and Invictus? Yes, since Soartex is in the public domain, and Shoeboxam provided explicit permission to update the project.

Why do many textures resemble the Fanver version? Most graphic elements added to Invictus were created by Shoeboxam. The Soartex Fanver license allows original artists to reuse their work in other projects.

Is Optifine required? The pack is compatible with the base version of Minecraft, however, for optimal visual performance, installation of Optifine is recommended, as it provides improved water color rendering, sky rendering, and lighting maps.
