Sparkles: Stardust Labs Resourcepack

We have rebranded! This resourcepack combines previous developments from "Incendium Optional Resource Pack" and "Stardust Biome Name Fix".

This is an optional resourcepack designed for all Stardust Labs projects! Main features include:

• Unique mob and item textures for the Incendium modification
• Fix for displaying biome names on minimaps and similar modifications
• Localizations for Incendium and all future projects requiring translation

Addons

The main goal of Sparkles is to provide textures and translations for Incendium. But if you want more from Stardust Labs datapacks and mods, we have addons! Currently, one is available.

• Alpha Islands adds textures from old alpha versions for two Alpha Islands biomes in Terralith

Why aren't some textures displaying?

For correct display of custom textures and models for mobs, shields, and Elytra, you need to use a mod that supports custom entity textures. If you play on Forge, Optifine works, but we no longer recommend using Optifine in any scenarios. Instead, for Fabric and Forge, it's recommended to install the following mods:

• Entity Texture Features
• Entity Model Features
• CIT Resewn
  • Fabric version
  • Forge 1.18 - 1.19 (unofficial fork)
  • Forge 1.20 (unofficial fork)

Don't worry - these mods are not required, just recommended. Most other textures (about 85%) will display correctly, including swords, tools, and items!

It's worth noting that although Voltaic Trident is shown with a texture in our wiki, this texture hasn't been implemented yet.

What about Bedrock Edition?

Some Java server owners may want to run their Incendium server using GeyserMC, which allows Bedrock players to connect. However, Java resourcepacks don't work in Bedrock, so users of this version won't be able to enjoy the textures. Fortunately, Dat1Mexican created a port of Sparkles for Bedrock!

Can it be translated to my language?

Yes! This resourcepack provides translations for several languages simply by using it. They are periodically added to the main resourcepack. If you need help contributing to translations, contact the project's Discord Server.
