Super Simple Invisible Item Frame Pack - Utility Resource Pack
This resource pack makes both regular and glowing item frames in Minecraft completely invisible.
How to install

Download the resource pack archive.

Locate the downloaded file and copy or move it.

Navigate to the "resourcepacks" folder in your .minecraft directory and paste the file there.

Reload the resource packs list in Minecraft — you'll then be able to use it in-game.
Important note
Make sure this resource pack is placed at the top of your resource packs list. This ensures it can properly apply its changes to the frames. If you have another pack that also modifies frames and it's placed higher in the list, it may override the invisibility feature.
