IR Surfliners [Immersive Railroading Pack]

ATTENTION: This pack is an addon for the Immersive Railroading mod, which must be installed separately. It does not change the standard game textures.

This resource pack adds Surfliner train cars from California that perfectly match F59PHI locomotives from the Amtrak+ pack.

Main Features

The collection includes two types of California commuter train compositions in Minecraft environment. If you don't need detailed detailing of each car, try the lightweight version of the project.

Technical Recommendations

Due to the significant length of Surfliner trains (over 85 game blocks), it's recommended to use a turning radius of 75 units or more. The minimum working radius is 50 blocks, but for optimal results, choose 75+.

On sharp turns, a visual effect of cars separating may occur. This is a feature of how Immersive Railroading works, which cannot be fixed without updating the mod itself. Using smoother rail curves significantly reduces this effect.

The interior of the cars is adapted to Minecraft character sizes - the number of seats per row is reduced from 4 to 2 for greater comfort of players and villagers.
