Important Notice: Development of the 8-bitCraft 2 resource pack has been discontinued. No updates beyond version 1.18.2 will be released.

8-bitCraft 2 is a resource pack with 8×8 pixel textures that stays true to Minecraft's vanilla aesthetic. Beyond pixel art graphics, the pack includes numerous enhancements such as:

• Connected glass - textures smoothly connect when creating large glass surfaces
• Block transitions - natural texture blending between different blocks
• Plant variations - diverse vegetation design
• Glowing elements - illuminated objects for better visibility
• 3D models - three-dimensional representation of certain items
• Item skins - unique inventory styling

The developer has also added beautiful underwater world improvements, similar to those found in their other project — Beautiful. Overall, 8-bitCraft 2 aims to enhance the vanilla experience rather than simplify it.

The pack receives regular updates and improves over time. For discussing suggestions and receiving updates, a Discord server is available.
