xali's Enchanted Books - Fix
This project is fan-made and not directly related to any of xali's works. All rights to "xali's Enchanted Books" belong to xali.
What is the purpose of this fix pack?
If you have mods installed that increase the maximum enchantment levels (for example, Apotheosis), then books with such enchantments will display without textures. For instance, with Apotheosis there are books like "Sharpness VII" that without this pack lack custom textures. The fix ensures that the texture of the maximum enchantment level is used for any levels beyond the game's standard limit. This pack does not contain textures already present in "xali's Enchanted Books" and only adds the missing ones, so you need to install both: the original pack and this fix.
[Below 1.21.5] Resource packs must be installed in the following order:
[1.21.5+] Starting from version 1.21.5, if you use xali's Enchanted Books - Addon, you do NOT need this pack. The fix is now integrated into the Addon pack!
ATTENTION!
For the pack to work, installation of any mod that supports custom CIT resource packs is required: Optifine, CIT Resewn, Forge CIT, CIT Reforged, [CIT] CustomItemTextures, etc. The pack should work with any Minecraft versions with the mentioned mods. Ignore the "Incompatible" warning.
ATTENTION! At the time of writing, July 4, 2024, CIT Reforged has a bug preventing this pack from working! Use Optifine or try running the Fabric version with CIT Resewn via Sinytra Connector.
Anyone is free to use this pack anywhere. Please do not rename the pack.
