EclipseLite: Lightweight Shader for Low-End PCs
What EclipseLite Is
EclipseLite is a special type of Minecraft shader created specifically for computers with minimal specifications. If your laptop or PC can't handle even the lightest versions of popular shaders like Sildur's or Mellow, this modification will be the perfect solution. The shader carefully preserves the classic look of vanilla gameplay while adding only subtle visual enhancements, running smoothly on even the oldest hardware.
Main Features
The main goal of EclipseLite is ensuring maximum performance on the weakest systems. This shader intentionally lacks all resource-intensive effects: no waving leaves, no bloom effects, motion blur, or depth of field. As a result, users get consistently high FPS even on low-power computers. The visual improvements offer transparent water with natural lighting and cleaner white clouds, enhancing the vanilla Minecraft aesthetics without performance cost. It's currently in beta testing phase, so minor bugs might be present.
