Flashlight Shader

This shader fundamentally transforms nighttime in Minecraft, making darkness truly threatening, while providing players with a versatile tool to explore the darkest corners of the world.

Realistic Lighting

With this shader, ordinary torches and other light sources become powerful flashlights when held in your hand. The light beam will only illuminate your immediate surroundings, creating an authentic handheld flashlight effect.

Dynamic Visibility System

In well-lit conditions, visibility remains standard, but as twilight sets in, the situation changes. In low-light conditions (such as on the surface at night), you'll only be able to see a small area around yourself in black and white, with the size of this zone depending on the moon phase.

In complete darkness without light sources, you'll face absolute blindness - exploring caves and dungeons now requires serious preparation and thoughtful planning.
