Add Tetra's ScrollItem to the JEI interface, making ScrollItems that are originally invisible in JEI visible, allowing for easier lookup of ScrollItems and their recipes.
Added a recipe page for Replacements, allowing players to check in JEI whether an item can be converted into a Tetra item by looking up its uses.
Added a recipe page for Actions, allowing players to check in JEI whether an item can be used at the Workbench (e.g., geode) by looking up its uses.
